Maxwell is a seasoned investor and investment company manager. He founded OpenView Venture Partners in 2006 after six years at Insight Venture Partners, where he served as a Chief Operating Officer and a Managing Director. Maxwell joined the venture capital firm after executive roles at Putnum Investments and Lehman Brothers. He holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from M.I.T. and an MBA from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.

Davis has more than two decades in direct marketing and e-commerce. He joined Fandango in 2006 from Shopzilla, formerly Bizrate.com, which he joined in 1999 as President and CEO and ushered it through to profitability and its acquisition in 2005 by The E.W. Scripps Company. Prior to that, he was president, e-Commerce for The Walt Disney Company's Internet Group.

Stephen is a cyber-communications expert and a pioneer in online affiliate marketing, having co-founded LinkShare in 1996 with his sister and turning it into the world's largest affiliate marketing systems supplier. Steve sold LinkShare for $450 million to Rakutan in 2005.

Farhad was one of the first to visualize and capitalize on consumers using the Internet to research purchases before making them online or in the store. He founded BizRate.com, a comparison shopping site later renamed Shopzilla, in 1996 and turned it into the leading shopping search engine. It was sold to The E.W. Scripps Company in 2005 for $495 million.
